• Conducted preliminary scouts of city to determine viability of a festival, as well as strategic festival planning

• Responsible for hiring and management of approximately 60 staff, contracted suppliers & equipment

• Responsible for payments & show reconciliation with suppliers, venues and artists

• Collaborated on scenic elements and implementation of extensive sponsorship activations

• Managed all scheduling, critical path planning and staffing flow charts for between 10 to 17 venues in 5 days

• Managed production/logistics for artists, scenic elements & equipment for approximately 75 shows in 5 days
